We would be pleased to visit your property and carry out a free survey to identify specific types of algae infestation, lichen, and carbon stains, and then advise on their appropriate treatment.  Cleaning of render by low-pressure application of chemicals (aka soft washing) will extend the time between expensive repainting and is also very effective on through-colour render such as K-Rend and Weber.  We offer a range of cleaning products including mild organic pet-friendly cleaners as well as stronger “professional-use only” products that offer extended protection, potentially for a few years. 

We take the ecology seriously, along with the health and safety of both ourselves and our customers.  Mark has received professional training in biofilm diagnostics, use of appropriate “professional-use only” chemicals, and awareness of their environmental impact.  Our free survey and quotation take all these factors into account.  RAMS and COSHH procedures are supplied to our commercial customers.
