We have been cleaning windows with purified water and extending poles/brushes since 2004. We can usually reach windows over conservatories as well as 2nd-floor windows in period properties and 2nd-floor dormers in modern 2-storey houses. Customers are notified the day prior to cleaning so that gates can be unlocked.  Payment can be with cash or cheque if you happen to be in, otherwise by bank transfer, after we text your invoice.  Prices for domestic properties are assessed on request. Every property is different, so we treat you as individuals.
